罗志光先生的英文，196五年四月生于，获台湾大学工商管理学士学位及美国普渡大学管理学硕士学位，自1989年10月起为美国注册会计师。2005年10月至2009年2月出任西卡集团的中国区总裁，2009年3月至2018年3月出任西卡集团的亚太区业务发展主管暨企业并购部联席负责人。2018年10月至2025年1月出任Holcim集团大中华区负责人，2025年2月起担任Holcim集团中国首席代表。2018年12月起，出任本公司董事。

Mr. Lo Chi Kong, born in July 1963, graduated from National Taiwan University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and Purdue University with a master's degree of Science in Management. He is a U.S. certified public accountant since October 1989. He served as the president of Sika Group in China from October 2005 to February 2009 and served as the head of APAC business development as well as the co-head of Corporate and M&A department in Sika Group from March 2009 to March 2018. He served as the head of Great China of Holcim Group from October 2018 to January 2025 and became Chief Representative China of Holcim Group in February 2025. He became a Director of the Company in December 2018.
